Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within a few business days; however, we reserve the right to ship the goods within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Orders are usually delivered within approximately 7 business days, but depending on the destination country and shipping conditions, delivery can take up to 20 business days. In many cases, packages arrive sooner than expected.

If we are unable to fulfill the order within 30 days, the customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method selected, and circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.
